SAVANNAH GA Georgia Route 17 Dreamland roadside motel VintagePostcards.org: Old, Antique, Vintage Postcards

Great unused early 1950s triple-view postcard of the Dreamland Motel, three miles north of Savannah, Georgia on Route 17! Shows the "television lounge" at top left. Was owned by Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Figg and was state-of-the-art for the time, having electric heat, wall to wall carpet, "Goodyear Foam La-Tex Mattresses," and "a radio in every room." Says it was "near one of the South's finest drive-in theaters." A desirable roadside America or Chatham County collectible in near-mint condition!
