Kalamazoo MI Michigan Old Central fire station firefighter VintagePostcards.org: Old, Antique, Vintage Postcards

Handsome unused c. 1907-1915 postcard of the central fire station (later known as "Old Central") in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan. The imposing three-bay structure stood at the northeast corner of Burdick and Lovell, and we believe it was demolished in the last couple of years. Just beyond the fire station, one sees another local institution, Schensul's Cafeteria, at 333 S. Burdick. Finely detailed, and a desirable firefighting or Kalamazoo County collectible in very good condition.
