Handsome unused Azo Tri 1 real-photo postcard, c. 1904-1918, of two happy California schoolboys, carrying their books and off to school on their pony. Beats waiting for the school bus. Know the family involved, which migrated to the San Francisco area in the late 1800s. This view could also be from the Modesto area, where they have also lived since the early 1900s. Great, unassuming look at everyday life and education, nicely detailed, sharply focused and in excellent condition!
