Finely detailed and unused c. 1903-1907 undivided-back postcard of the Danbury State Normal School at Danbury, CT! Shows a smallish three-story brick building. The school, now Western Connecticut State University, was established in 1903 as a teachers' college. The first classes were held in 1904. Minor paper loss/thinning at the right upper corner doesn't materially detract from this postcard, which was published by James E. Cuff of Danbury, and is a desirable Fairfield County collectible in otherwise excellent condition!
