Spectacular graphics in this unusual undivided-back Christmas holiday postcard from Germany. The embossed post card says "Merry Christmas" in German and shows two snowmen holding frosted German pretzels - including one that is heart-shaped. A nice counterpoint is provided by the seeds arranged in flower shapes in each corner of the postcard. The seeds most likely represent a good luck symbol, but we're unsure as to what kind of seeds these are. A scarce and classic Christmas collectible, not postally used until 1905, in very good condition.
