Handsome c. 1940s postcard of the Stony Run Friends Meeting House at 5116 N. Charles St. in Baltimore, Maryland. The Religious Society of Friends is also known as Quakers. The sender, writing in 1951, said: "We are spending a few hours with the Friends in this beautiful meeting house. We hope to attend meeting at Deer Creek on Saturday near Nottingham." Sent to Mr. and Mrs. Walker Bond of Clearbrook, in the Winchester, Virginia area. A desirable religious or pacifist collectible in very good condition.
