We like happy postcard collectors and good karma. If you’re not 100 percent satisfied with your postcard, return it within 7 days for a full refund, less shipping. You can reach us at sales@vintagepostcards.org

SHIPPING
|
Shipping is a flat rate of $2.00, no matter how many postcards you purchase. Buy one postcard and shipping is $2.00. Buy 10 postcards and shipping is $2.00. We ship anywhere in the world. We ship all postcards in archival quality sleeves, securely packed. We ship within 24 hours of payment, via USPS first-class mail, except of course on days when the post office is closed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We’re happy to accept payments via PayPal, including all major credit cards and E-checks. PayPal is our preferred method of payment; It’s a safe, secure online payment method using advanced encryption to protect your private information. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card nor do you have to be registered with PayPal to make a payment through them. When paying for your postcard, you’ll be given the option to sign up for a Paypal account or make a traditional payment using your credit card. We cannot take credit cards directly.

We also accept personal checks and money orders. Select “mail order” during check-out, make a note of your order number and total, mail payment to the address below, and that’s it! Payment is due within 7 days. Please do not send stamps as partial payment. Cash is sent at your own risk.

For the convenience of our European and other international customers, we also accept Moneybookers. Moneybookers is a safe, secure alternative to PayPal, which anyone can use. If you’re new to Moneybookers and sign up giving “vintagepostcards” as the referrer, we’ll give you a five percent discount on your order.

TIMELINESS
Payment for all items is due within 10 days of the date of purchase. We work hard to get your postcards to you quickly; however, we cannot guarantee that the postcard you want will be available if not paid for in a timely fashion, as we rotate all items back into stock if payment is not received within 10 days.
